Safer alternative to hydrochloric, phosphoric, and hydrofluoric acids for cleaning concrete trucks and related equipment of cement, film, road dirt and grime. Also excellent for cleaning by foaming, spraying, dipping or brushing.
Removing cement and cleaning trucks and related equipment: Cybercrete 501 L can be applied in undiluted, neat form or as a diluted solution (up to 1:10 with water).
When applied neat Cybercrete 501 L dissolves cement bonds quickly and transforms concrete into mud within 10-15 minutes.
When applied as a diluted solution or when applied to heavy buildups, Cybercrete 501 L requires a longer set time and that time is proportional to the strength of the solution and the cement thickness.
Cybercrete 501 L should always be applied starting at the bottom and working upwards, one section at a time.
Cybercrete 501 L may be left on the surface overnight. Once the solution has dried into a chalky residue reapply the solution, keeping the encrusted area saturated with the product until a pressure water rinse can be performed. High pressure (500-4000psi) cold water is recommended, but regular hose rinsing will also suffice. Rinsing should be performed from the bottom up.
Always apply Cybercrete 501 L to dry surface.
Never spray onto a hot or sun baked surface.
Applications are best performed in the early morning or late evenings hours, or in shaded areas.
Applying Cybercrete 501 L as a foam increases contact time and reduces chemical usage. Cybercrete 501 L can also be applied as a spray or by using the brush and a bucket method.
|Cleaning Masonry, brick, concrete, and glazed tile (non-metallic): Consult the dilution chart below to determine the correct rate to apply Cybercrete 501 L. Foam or spray the diluted solution of Cybercrete 501 L on the surface and below and allow to set for 30 minutes.
The use of the masonry washing brush may be necessary to remove excess mortar deposits. Rinse thoroughly with water and reapply if necessary.
